Your order is 100% guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. It's extremely rare that this may happen but if you have shipping damage or defects please notify us immediately. Your item will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. We want you to be completely happy with these products for many years to come. The first step is to be certain about size of the product and the color of the fabric. Overall outside dimensions are posted for all products. Please note these and measure to be sure you are ordering the right size for your pet. These products are hand made so dimensions may very just slightly. If you have any questions or are unclear about size please contact us before ordering. Fabric images are for reference only. The actual fabric color may vary. The color settings on your computer are probably different than ours. This can result in color hues and saturations appearing different on your screen. Fabric colors also vary from the mills, sometimes with each dye lot. If color matching is critical please call to order fabric samples. You may also send us your fabric to work with. If the size is correct and you are somewhat flexible on the exact shade of the fabric then we are certain you will be happy with our products. If your order has obvious shipping damage please file a claim with the carrier notify us immediately. Return Policy It's very rare that we ship the wrong product. If we do of course we will correct it at no cost to you. If we shipped the size and color you ordered but you would like to return the product anyway contact us within 30 days of receiving the order for a Return Authorization Number. This number must be issued before merchandise can be returned. The RMA number needs to be clearly marked on the outside of the original packaging. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days after date of issue. Special or custom orders cannot be returned except for defects or shipping damage. Returned merchandise must be new and unused. For health and safety reasons we can not accept returns for used merchandise with no exceptions. If your return request is received in new, resalable condition and you would like to EXCHANGE the product for a different size or color we will issue store credit for the value of the product less ten (10) percent restocking costs. We can not credit shipping costs. If your return request is received in new, resalable condition and you would like a REFUND we will issue a refund for the value of the product less twenty (20) percent restocking costs. Again, we can not credit shipping costs. Cancellations If your order has been manufactured and shipped it will be subject to the above return policy. Special orders and supplied fabric orders cannot be canceled.
