Soft Faux Leathers A Group 2 Fabric Selection |
|
WATERPROOF
and very durable, these soft faux leathers are exceptionally sturdy, yet are extremely soft and pliable,
providing comfort worthy of Max Comfort® world's most comfortable dog beds. It has the look and feel of
fine Italian calfskin leather. It's soft, like glove leather. This is not vinyl. It is made of
polyurethane. It's half as thick as our regular faux leather and stronger. It does not
crack and is very puncture resistant. This covering dissipates heat, so it stays much cooler in the
summer and warmer in the winter. It wipes clean with water. Soap and diluted bleach won't damage it if needed.
Offered for all our dog bed products, this fabric performs fabulously with waterproof assurance.

Microfiber Faux Suede A Group 1 Fabric Selection |

Our microfiber faux suede is an ultra soft, very durable, high tech fabric.
This water resistant (see waterproof below) fabric is breathable.
It has great color depth and withstands hundreds of washings
when used with our BioMedic dog beds with removable covers.
For our pet sofa beds, it cleans well with just a damp cloth between shampooing.
This is a soft and comfortable dog bed fabric.

Our faux leathers have good durability. This is a thick, heavy vinyl with a leather like grain.

Specialty Fabrics A Group 2 Fabric Selection |

These are broad woven tapestry upholstery fabrics. They are not prints. You may select these for the top panel of our BioMedic™ memory foam memory foam dog beds, bolster beds or the center cushion for your sofa bed. Dazzle and floral are okay to use all over. For the other patterns it's best to choose a faux suede for the trim and bottom. All except dazzle are cotton poly blends so they will require special care, gentle wash and line dry or fluff in the dryer with no heat. The dazzle is an exceptionally heavy 60% acrylic polyester blend. Please contact us if you need assistance. These are "group 2" fabrics. These are NOT Crypton® fabrics and are NOT waterproof |

Other Fabric Selections A Group 1 Fabric Selection |
Our denim is 14 ounce pre-washed, comfortable, durable and 100% cotton. This fabric is sustainably grown, spun,
dyed and woven in the U.S.A. This denim process is a true, homespun phenomenon -- American cotton literally
created from field to fabric. Our faux lambskin is very dense. Two to three times denser than most "sherpa dog beds". It holds up much better to laundering and is softer. You can select this for use as the top for any of our dog beds and pet sofa beds. Our 1000 Dernier Cordura Nylon is for "chew resistant" dog beds. You may select this for any of our dog beds or pet sofa beds. Knowing what a 100 pound dog on a mission can do, we will never call any fabric "chew proof". This is a good, strong fabric that will hold up to most, not all, chewers and scratchers. This is a heavy woven fabric used for back packs and soft sided luggage. It is not waterproof.
